If the accuser has withdrawn the case, what is the basis of convicting the accused now.

If this rule is applied, that very large number of Indian Parliamentarians should be sitting in Jail.

Courts should refrain from Sensationalism.
Judges are not heroes, they should stick to Laws of the land.

When you threaten somebody or offer huge sums of money - of course they will retract their accusation. Justice will never be served. SOB needs to spend some jail time! Why do you support rapists?
