actually it replaced all page...but they shown us only on-screen part... no need to show each and every page, because this is 2 and half hour movie not a 2-3year mega serial
I have watched the movie but haven't counted the number of times he said the word 'balatkaar'.
Some people are saying that 'chamatkaar' may be present more than six times in the document but it may have not have been visible because other occurrences may be on the second page. But in global search and replace all words are replaced and important thing is the popup at end of the replacement and it says "6 words replaced".
And funny thing is, the 'find next' is highlighting all the words rather than the next one found.

The screen is not a complete document but part of it, you have to scroll down to see the complete speech
