it is Bombay Velvet, not Blue Velvet....
Blue Velvet is a classic movie by David Lynch...how do these guys become film reporters with such limited knowledge...

Wrong. The best director today is Ashok Shankarrao Khan cause only he knows how to HYPE a movie, come what may (blasts included.) Such dedicated souls are rare.....
