in the last 2-3 years copying hollywood scripts and scenes have increased. Even english pop songs are not left by our bolly gurus

Mr JGN, I believe bollywood moview are not as good as hollywood but its not 1000 time worse than hollywood. Please can you prove me giving good example and the calculation how you derived this quantitave value (1000).

Guys Bollywood movies are not natural.It always shows somethin thats beyond normal life.Also each and every movies is inspired by Hollywood.Also those silly non sense comedies.

LOOK GUYS Honestly being from da film industry in india, i can tell you one thing - both h'wood & b'wood produces so called trash films (called by ppl & critics) But these so called Trash films r highly successful film commercially atleast 70% & critically acclaimed films barely makes money for it's producers BY DA WAY I M NOT SAYING THIS reasearched & study done by pl hv proved it
Most of the hollywood are well researched and well planned. In bollywood most of the movies are made according to the directors, actors whims and fancies. If a director sleeps overnight and gets an idea he starts producing a movie. Hollywood has got something called casting crew which puts in a actor who fits in the character which is absent in bollywood. Bollywood cast actors of their choice who are usually their close friends. Take for eg 'We are family, Karan Johar has taken his favourite actor Kajol. Another eg is Anil Ambanis film production house Big Films. He has casted Amitabhs family in both Paa and Ravana. Amir Khan can play a youngster of 22 years whereas in Hollywood they cast actors according the character. No doubt most of the bollywood movies dont do well at box office

Well said Brian. Bollywood should be renamed Piracywood. Most of the movies of older Hollywood movies. If they are original, they are so SHITTY quality, unlike most of the movies in Hollywood.Let's admit it.. Bollywood, India's shame, has learnt the art of making cheap duplicates, just like the Chinese have mastered the art of making cheap electronic goods of the originals...

Then why did'nt real aliegns were used in avataar and arnold in terminater 2 as robot... actor has to perform different roles as per the character not vice-versa

Unfortunately you cannot rely on anyone because these critics like D Silva here are nothing but money taking bongers. They want money from the Indian counterpart who is releasing so that they can write better review. IMDB is again rates on a basis of sample ratings taken, which, is not very true.Rotten tomatoes website is as rotten when it comes to movie reviews because they have given movies like District 9 as 10/10. There are two things you can always rely on, good movies does not want movie critics writing about it, so movie critics does not get money and hence, it is written as bad. Like this movie. So in all probability this will be better than 3 and half stars. Trust me, critics are the correct reflection only thing is, you need to think conversely. They say it is moderately bad, then it is good. They say it is waste, then it should be very good. Right from the times of earliest critics to famous like siskel and ebert and roger and Ebert all of them are absolute useless. Movies are our entertainment and hence we need to watch it ourselves and tell the like minded how it sounds. Good Luck Mate.
