This sounds like A History Of Violence
by Archana Kulkarni on Sep 06, 2010 12:02 PM

The story mentioned in the review looks just like A History Of Violence. Even the second pic posted in the review looks similar to the poster of that movie.

If Ram Gopal Verma wants to make a movie in Telugu about the recent scandal in Tollywood then sure the film will win Filmfare and National Award!

Bollywood is only recognized industry in India and hats off to bollywood to take Indian cinema beyond borders. We dont make only masala movies but also path breaking movies like Peepli Live, Swades , 3 Idiots and movies by Anurag Kashyap. Our movies goes for oscars and we are the best. Why south Indian directors moved to bollywood like Mani sir and Priyan sir . south indian actors die to work in Bollywood like Asin and Shreya .But kick them back

That is your opinion. Many South Indian Films have been remade in Hindi by Produces/Directors from the North. These re-makes have been disasters. The most recent one that comes to mind is Wanted starring Salman Khan. There are any number of Anil Kapoor films that are originally South Indian. The talented Anil Kapoor has come nowhere near the original Actors from the original South Indian Movies.
Yes, some of the movies that you mention are indeed good. But, that does not mean that South Indian Movies/Actors need to be condemned like you do. Yes, it is stupid that talented Actors try to go to Bollywood forgetting that they are actually in a better place.

The thing that's obvious from your post is that you haven't watched more than a couple of films in Telugu.

Boss now a days...telugu movies are creating standards for cinema in India....tell me any other movie in any language...till date has made movies of Maghadeera and Arundhati standard (Not in terms of budget) with such technical values..tamils movies are good but now a days they seem to lost their touch....and for malayalam...it is difficult to find audience...reason being though they make good cinema which get national awards...they lack the commercial aspect in it...which is required to get box office collections...

Had the director asked a couple of FTII students on scripts, he could have got better than the hollywood ones.
