i saw the ring couple f months ago..n there ws nt even a single 'real' scary scene in it..bt then i watched Ringu(the org. Japanese one),,n really liked it..

orphan is a very scary. still it think japanese original the ring is the best horror film ever made. even holliwood remake is not that better
"The Ring" is definitely a very scary movie and also a very good one. Folks pl see if u have not seen. Shining also of course ia very good though not of this decade. Both are worth a watch. really.
Ring was definitely scary but i have seen scarier korean films .Watch yoga institute for instance.Its soooo eerie.Though not of this decade The Shining is the scariest film i have seen .Whenever i watch it i get so spooked. And campy horror films like evil dead and texas chainshaw massacre are definitely not scary!!
