I know it is like getting a graduation degree to get a UAE driving licnese, specially from Sharjah. Dubai is comparitively easier but Sharjah is real tough. Had he applied from Sharjah, he would have not cleared in first attempt, not that it is any great after taking 20 classes in Dubai. Anyway, Congrats to him for getting a UAE driving license.
