Saw the movie yesterday, was amazed to see that the 1st class was almost empty for such a super film. At the end, the movie received a standing ovation from 99% of the audiences!

Phone Booth too. But Cocktail's smooth!
by Anup Alex on Oct 25, 2010 09:52 PM  | Hide replies

May not have a direct link, but Cocktail also reminds of Colin Farrell starrer "Phone Booth". In that too the seemingly neat but erring protagonist was the prey to the lurking gunman. Good to see such films and stars like Jayasuriya opting for them. Anup Menon's dialogue delivery is kind of special, I felt. Cheers!
