The insinuation of the story and the headline itself is deplorable.
Why should any creative work be rated on the basis of its suitability for any society? By doing so, you have placed an open invitation for the Sena-goon minded folks to call for a ban on the work. And as a corollary, use of threat and force against free expression.
Why can't it be rated for its artistic and aesthetic worth?
When will we Indians grow up? When will we stop taking ourselves this seriously?
