Even if Pakistani artist are evicted via nomination than definately it is not victory for ShivSena. Sena stopped opposing BigBoss for reason not known. Now one has to guess what can be the deal between Shivsena & colors.

Agreed. Though I dont agree with these gooons, this is one issue, they r right.
The Pakistan artistes entertain Indians and are truly good in their fields. They do not loot us and do not and cannot invade India. In the Hindustani music arena, Pakistan certainly has maestros that just cannot be matched by any of our country irrespective of whether we call them Bharat Ratna etc. India and Indian artistes/singers/instrument players can learn much from Pakistani artistes. By throwing them out, we are only depriving ourselves of good things of life. And all this only for flimsy, non-genuine reasons ! Our icon Lata Mangeshkar was never a match for Noorjehan and even in Saregamapa, the Pak child artistes are showing high levels of talents which we do not have in India. But admitting this takes courage to speak the truth. The Govt.must use powers to stop this injustice. The CM is doing a great damage to Maharashtra and this country by appeasing Shiv Sena on such matter.

I am totally against appeasing or even tolerating the narrow regionalism of the Shiv Sena variety, but I am shocked by the pro-Pak bias of Thorat. Why dont you go an settle in Pakistan to learn from the Pakis and enjoy the good things in life there? Or May be he was paid by interested parties to write such an amusing but shocking piece. I suppose even the attack by Paki terrorists in Mumbai should be interpreted as an act of goodwill towards the people of India.

No self-respecting Indian even with average patriotism, will understand why India must almost beg for "dialogue" with Pakistan, submit dossieres, talk softly and taking care not to offend the Pak ministers. If only our govt. had shown some guts and attacked Pakistan immediately after the 26/11, the whole situation might have changed. Not doing a thing and taking in all the insults from Pakistan on one side, and then showing a childish venom against Pak artists is strange. That, however, is a totally different matter. But, it would be prudent if the Govt. cuts off all contacts and relations with Pakistan, and should not have given the flood relief aid also.Fighting for our country`s honour and avenging the 26/11 is something where all of us including Shiv Sena could have participated on 26/11. Let that not blind us to realities of life.;

Pakistani artists good or not. That is not the matter. The matter is that they do not allow Indian artists into Pakistan.So India should not allow their artists in India. By the way , why are India Films and Indian music more popular in Pakistan.Why Indians don't listen to Pakistani music.
