Dear Sir, I have been residing in dubai from past 6 yrs. I am Married & a mother of a 24 mths baby boy & a banker by profession. We had just recently started with a small business in the field of Diamonds after having struggled hard from past few years. We had no one to help us & whatever we saved & made for us was only from our hard work. My husband did some huge business transactons (approx 80 lacs) with his very close friend (Mehta). He was so close to us that I had even given my jewellery to help this friend of ours which was not returned till date. From past 6 mths he has not returned even a singly penny of us & we are left with nothing to survive in this country. My salary is only enough to pay off the EMI's for our existing debts. This person has now flown to Mumbai & is refusing to give our money back. They even refuse to open the door when my husband went to their house in Juhu Mumbai.They are even threatening us by taking your lawyer's name. They are claiming that they have spoken to Salman Khan's personal lawyer & can have anything wrong done to my husband. We are basically from Delhi & dont know anyone in Mumbai.OUr only fault was that my husband trusts people with whom he can relate himself as a friend. We are now in a very struggling position & if we donot get this money back, we have to again start from scratch or might land up in a position where we have to return back to India. Sir,pls help.
