With changing mindset and people eager to watch good film (see Udaan,LSD) I think Dhobi Ghaat will appeal to many if not most (obviously dont expect Dabanng going Masses to like this film)... And Aamir Khan being part of the venture gives the movie an edge over other parralel films that are made.. He knows who will be the target audience and will position it like that only...

When the couple gets married, wife always pray to allah for the support and success of the family, when allah hears the prayer and give support and money , husband divorce her, and second one gets good benefit, and the first wife becomes helpless, so unfair , why dont male realise this things. may allah give guidance to all of us.

WHY DON'T YOU GUYS MIND YOUR OWN BUSINESS? DO NOT WORRY ABOUT WHY AND WHO DIVORCES ETC. YOU KEEP YOUR AREA CLEAN.

AMIR WAS NOTHING?FIRST KNOW AMIR'S FAMILY BACKGROUND THEN POST THIS TYPE OF SILLY COMMENTS.
the biggest plus point of amir khan is that he is passionate about his works, for him small expression of side actors also matters and he remain connected to audience interest till he complete the film.
I am big fan of Aamir Khan. I saw this movie in British Film Festival and to my surprise this will be the worst movie ever work or made by Aamir even though his wife was debut one.
I even met Kiran Rao but to my surprise not happy pver all that my personal view. Not at all recommended even if you are given tickets free.
I am eagerly awaiting the release of this film. Peepli Live was a wonderful satire on the apathy of government towards the plight of farmers. Yes, you laugh throughout the movie, but when you come out, you are thinking. And thats the hallmark of a great film.
We should stop underestimating our Indian people (here termed as 'masses'). We are to become the worlds largest English speaking population... underestimated tone of the writer hurts...

is speaking English the criteria to judge quality?...get over colonial hangover...yes we use it for our advantage but it has nothing 2 do with artistic class & tastes...
All bolywood stars r fluent in English...but their IQ and artistic limitations can be seen in their copied films...
