well i just caught on the episode y'day.....man its freaking booring...All talk-talk-talk... ...probably for a duration of 25 mins..... only around 5 questions... it was supposed to a quiz show!

Its a bore show as format is old and people have moved on....in addition to that AB is generally a boring guy with no witticisms or spontaenity in talking...just good-mannered talking won't hold the audiences.

BB (Big B) vs SS (Small Shahrukh)
1- BB gave 29.68 % more hits as compared to SS during their peak age/ career. 2- BB has done 78.12% more variety roles in films as compared to SS during their peak career.SS is blamed to have done typical roles in most of the films.

My reply: 1. Yes he is the biggest star ever born. He doesn't need hype. 2. He has given the maximum revenues through his films as a single star through his Hits. Plus he has the maximum success ful films. He is beyond box office.
3. He has won the farmer case.
4. He is the most success ful anchor ever in the history. He is far superior to chota SRK who is a bacha in comparison ask him to take some lessons in anchoring please..may be he will do a better job when he gets to anchor at the age of 68..oh will he get the channce then..i wonder. 4,. He was the biggest star till agneepath...but that was the 80s dost...amitabh is goners after that having delivered 40 flops in last 10 years. which other actor has given so many flops?
he is forcing his way onto the viewers to keep his family in limelight after the flop show of his son and the fact that his daughter in law is old and no longer in demand.
fact is that as per TOI Business survey where they described the viewership ratings over the period of the show, surprisingly even for me, KAPPPH had higher ratings than BB which Amit hosted...mind you KAPPH came at a time of first IPL...and ppl were hooked onto IPL..still it managed decent ratings...otherwise it would have been a big hit.

I live in India and the feeling among most sensible people esp. the young educated urban audience is that Amitji is a plain burden on people...he forces his way onto the viewers...is old fashioned and hyped and greedy.
I said he is hyped by bhaiya channels of UP...which is a fact...hindi media wants to keep talking abt him as he is their only angel in a state full of criminals and useless politicians who have made the state of UP what it is now...most of the other successful stars are either punjabis or khans and hindi media has only one UP guy to flaunt about.

Amitabh Bachchan, period, is A LIVING legend, the greatest star India has ever produced. At his peak, he was incomparable, streets ahead of all. No one from today can come near him in terms of popularity or striking gold at the box office. Had he been a young star today, in the age of high tech and globalisation,he would have shattered all records and raced ahead of all.
His acting was matchless, unique, one of a kind who could enact any kind of roles with style and aplomb. Though well past his prime, he still has that aura and stature which makes him truly one of a kind. Never again, will we see a Amitabh Nachchan. Happy B'day, Big B!!
