bihari people are meant to be worshipped all over the world as LORD BUDDHA and LORD MAHAVEERA. They are meant to be IAS and IPS officers. Thay are meant to be most intellecual and hard working people.

if you consider yourself as a good indian . i hope you cannot comment like this.many biharis are doing well over the world ..we should feel proud and encouraged them not in a religion, communal and statetial ground
