Latest figures and facts Debangg still is the biggest opener of the season with Endhiran trailing well behind. It performance in Kerala and Karnataka is not very good while i the North it is rather poor. So Rajni is not the biggest o f them all. He is now only a media made up star. Wake Up.

Enthiran/robot's 1st wk gross>260cr.which is more than total3 idiots run gross.highest so far for any indian movie.Dabangg etc.80cr.one week wonder.Enthiran/robot has a huge repeat value too.Cheers.......

now that the beans are spilt...the best any director in India can do is
bring amitabh and rajini together and make a movie as a swan song for both of them and in THEIR TRUE STYLE...
sholay will be dwarfed..with all due respects to dharmendraji..
and honestly, they can draw in dharam paaji too and not to forget another icon..vinod khanna.......
that will be one movie..but each one has to be their screen image, i know for their age its a lot of work...
after that ppl will stop talking about shahenshahs, badhsaahs, superstars, megastars this and that.
these legends have work
i wanted to add kamal too, but that guy is still not old..he was a child artiste and he is still
but him in the mix....then it will be a storm
who can write for these and how it can be done....trust me these folks no more work for money..
they are old... rajkumar santoshi did a movie with great actors chinatown or something, very good movie, bad screenplay and no the above SO called big actors, but beautifully made

in that lines..80s legends should come together to make a classic for all of us to remember and each one of them should play what their screen image was in their peak...quiet a challenge..
moneywise it will be a blockbuster and
for gods sake let there not be any computer graphics...

i wanted to add, lets all bring out salim saab ( he was a part of dabangg)..javed saab..
to write a story
all the khans will whole heartedly do cameos trust me u bring in legends, they will..
why not make a movie with legends so that next gen dont think that when there is a kajra re what nonsense..or a robot is made they dont talk about color..
most impt north south divide..
in the legends, i didnt even talk about chiranjeevi, nagarjuna, mamooty, shivraj kumar (though he is younger to whom am talking about)
these folks have enough money, and they dont act for money anymore...
they act becoz they like to do it and people have liked it too..

rajini sir, basha auto kilacha scene paathu tell me, is there one one like that in robot.. masses masses yes...i am one of them..
make a simple movie with simple settings and simple songs...
it wrenches my gut to pay $ 20 to see an actor..i dont want your acting, I want rajini acting..
i guess that explains
someone wants to show cause hollywood style u act..
how about us waiting if not better at least a padayappa..let alone basha..and pandian is a distant thought...

First i would like to appreciate the producers of this movie for spending $30 million.This movie will pave the way for many sci-fi movies in india. I am waiting to witness yet another different movie from SRK next year(Ra.One), Hopefully it should be different from Robot and it should not copy from Robot.
Congrats to the producers of the Robot Congrats to the special effects team Congrats to Shankar Last but not least Congrats to Rajinikanth.
Director Shankar copied the concept from Superstar Upendra's Kannada movie "HOLLYWOOD" but he added little masala called VFX to it by spending crores of rupees.

hollywood is actually copied from shankar and sujatha. hollywood is actually copied from sujatha's en inaya enthira. GOT the answer now. Shankar was about to take this movie 10 years b4. ie be hollywood. So upendra got the concept and made the hollywood. Got it?
