Dear Sir, This refers to your article titled :" Meet Ajay Devgn,the realtor..." My comments on this are as under : Since Ajay seems to be getting lesser offers for roles in Bollywood films it seems he has thought of Risk Management and about not keeping all his eggs in one basket.Perhaps his intention is to build a Safety Net for his family of wife and two kids now.However,jumping into fields about which one hardly knows about, is not a wise step.Ajay's core competencies lie in acting,dare-devil stunts,his intensely brooding and serious roles etc.So jumping to the real estate business,hoping for lucrative returns on investments,is felt to be not in tune with his competency traits.It would be better if he opened an acting school to teach tricks of the Bollywood trade to wannabe aspirants or a stunt teaching workshop (If one recalls,his father was a well known stunt master in Bollywood ) for which there seems to be a huge market these days in Bollywood.He can also seriously think of motivating his kids to become Brand Ambassadors of some biscuits/chocolates/readymade garments brands.Kajol,his better half,is also an accomplished actress and he can surely rope her in as the Head Mistress of "Devgn Family Acting Academy" !!
