Not everything mentioned above is true. It's a joke that Madhavan does not allow anybody to dub for him. Because his Tamil is so bad that it is irritating to hear. If only he had allowed some one else to dub for him, his movies would have fared well and his star value would have better in Tamil industry

Its sad that even after years of "reservations" you guys still have a allergy for intelligence !!! Why dont you understand that any reasonably intelligent human being, brahmin or not, will agree that Maddy is a good actor, and the admirable thing is that he has stood up and got himself counted in s state which still suffers from a "brahmin aversion" hangover, and years of simmering jealously due to a complex that never seems to go ! Kudos to him !

He is a over hyped actor. The reason why he had to move out of tamil film was because of his flops and not a choice made by him. Infact he had no choice other than moving out of tamil cinema. From the day Maniratnam started doing movie with this idiot even Maniratnam's standard has gone down.

On the contrary, in Hindi, he is underhyped. He is among the best actors in Hindi cinema, but somehow these khan idiots take the cake away.
