Depends of taste of individuals. Some people die for Karan Johan and SRK like anything and some hate them to the core. Well if you dont like it, dont waste your time watching it.

Appreciating one's own culture does not mean dissing everything else. Calling Ramayan the mother of Harry Potter, is like saying Arthashastra is the mother of politics. Grow a brain cell or two and appreciate the variety the world offers.

ghastly Social network?? what do u mean dude?? Social Network is a great film by davin Fincher and the review was absolutely right
Being one of those crazy fans everyone thinks are actually crazy, I just can't wait for the movie. My some of the most memorable HP scenes are the dementors, the graveyard where Voldie comes back, the fight in the ministry of magic, and the progressively gaunt Draco trying to fix the cabinet. And now I love the first two movies, too, simply because the characters looked so cute and adorable in it! Just can't wait to watch the latest offering.
Having said that, I still feel that apart from a few scenes where the special effects take over, the movies are nothing compared to the books themselves. The characters, even that of Harry Potter, lack depth, the acting of most of the young cast (and some of the old ones, too) leaves a lot to be desired, the handling of the story is so bad at times you want to scream, whoever writes the screenplay deserves to be thrown to the dogs, and the so-called romance that they are developing is so cold you don't even feel like eating dinner later.
And after all this, I'm still waiting for the movie. Told ya I'm one of 'those' fans.

Same here! In spite of all that I still await every movie. But the books are different class altogether. Simply unbelievable!

Yes, wait for that in Vijay TV. Till then enjoy those chinese movies in Vijay TV and Jackie Chan is pretty much fluent in Tamil.
