AND I LIVE IN BANGALORE. I CAN SPEAK MORE THAN 6 LANGUAGES AND WATCH THEIR MOVIES. MY FRIENDS RECOMMENDED ME TO WATCH AGNEPATH, MEIN AZAAD HOON AND SHARAABI TO KNOW BOUT AMITHAB. I WATCHED THESE MOVIES AND THERE WAS NOTHING GREAT TO HYPE ABOUT HIS PERFORMANCE. IT MAKES ME LAUGH WHEN U NORTHIES ALSO CALL AAMIR KHAN AS A GREAT ACTOR. AAMIR KHAN IS AN OK ACTOR BUT HIS MOVIES ARE GUD BECAUSE OF THE SCRIPTS WHICH ARE WELL WRITTEN. AND U STUPID PEOPLE HAVE NOT WATCHED MOST OF RAJINIS MOVIES FOR GET THAT U DONT WATCH OTHER LANGUAGE MOVIES EXCEPT HINDI AND ENGLISH. SO U THINK U HAVE WATCHED THE GUD AND BEST MOVIES IN INDIA. Tamil actors does do lot of over action right from Shivaji Ganesh to the tiny stars at present. Those tamil guys love overaction like this satish nithyanandam is doing here. But Salman, Imran, Ajay should not figure as an actors, because we have Nasiruddin shah's etc., Stupid refiff, last time they have written an article stating that Andhra CM would be the governor of Maharastra.

There u go shouting like an ass mr. nithyachodn. If southern movies had universal appeal, they'd be seen by everyone but they, for the lack of a more polite word, suck!! Hindi films suck also--to a lesser degree--but they miraculously strike a chord amongst Indians EVERYWHERE. Btw, what's with the violence in the southern films?? It's all that pant up anger inside the likes of you mr nithyachodan, projected on screen. That's all.

then why the hell do the northies copy movies from south....boney kapoor along with his bro anil made a career by remaking tamil and other southern language movies...same with akshay kumar...when the bollywood industry have lots of respect for the south industry....who the hell you all to have a got southern movies....i agree even in south they do remakes but not to the extent of north and also good movies and technician are from south....i hate this talk of south and north and these silly comparision....you should have the heart to appreciate what is good and decline whats bad.... dont talk for just for the sake of talking...

Come on man chill Y u taking bollywood & movies so seriously ... fact to matter is if i like linkin park or 50 Cents it doesnt mean i dislike Anu malik & himesh.. its all about Taste N choice... moreover we live in a democratic country dude... ur opinion is gud but dont critise n be jealous of these actors coz if u thinks south is gud east west & north r even more better so u will grow up one day n bcome a gud actor .... take a life out buddy get out of ur fantasy world & live a moment ... We've seen enough southern nuts in hindi. Rajnikanth in andha kanoon & hum played second fiddle to that great monolith everyone down south aways maligns. Chiranjivi's aaj ka goondaraj..we all had trouble discerning hero from the goondas! Nagarjun may have done well had he tried harder..not because he's the fairer one but he looks & behaves much more civilized than the rest. And your great kamla sir, that cat lost his mojo after sadma & nayakan!

moronbabu, i never said hindi films are better..only more widely watched because they don't indulge in ultra-violent fare like ghajini (tamil version) where heroin's head gets smashed by a sledge hammer. I can't freaking believe Aamir let murugdoss get away with it in hindi version.
When rediff does this kind of polling, Tamil nuts should stay out of it as matter of principle. Close to 700 million souls watch Hindi flicks as opposed to 70 odd Tamilians (in India only) Rajnikant maybe a great aphrodisiac down south, but up north he'd be put outside the cinema to sell peanuts!! Get a grip on reality, my dear dravidan brothers, and understand the difference between actors and circus performers.

Lakhs of people watch Bhojpuri films. So do you think those films are great? Greatness of an actor is not determined by the number of people watching him. 70 odd tamilians are watching Tamil films because , Hmm I dont know how to make you understand this..such a moron..its because non-tamilians dont understand Tamil. Number of people watching Hindi Movies are more because in India, more people speak hindi than other regional languages. That does not make Hindi actors great. You are such a MORON !!! You did not see great performances of southern actors. How the hell did great actors like Kamal haasan, Mammooty and Mohanlal get more than 3 National Awards? btw have you heard of them?

That's right. Rajnkanth & Kamal Hassan were given lots of chances in Bollywood movies, but they failed. How can a regional actor like Rajnikanth can get a place into bollywood's top list actors? Rajnikanth is counted a third grade actor in Bollywood.
