Shawshank Redemption is one of the best movies - a movie that can leave you literally stunned..
Sir Client Eastwood.... as far i know Million Dollar Baby ... one of the best emotional drama movie ever made in hollywood.... some times i use to feel MDB is better than Schlinder's list....he is a very good director.... his movies always giv us inspiration.... unforgiven,Mystic river,Flags of our fathers, Letters from Iwo Gima.. Perfect Cowboy .. no1 can replace him
Clint was a ikon of the generation who grew up post second world war.He is a remarkable actor exuding confidence and an astounding screen presence. His war and western movies entertained and thrilled simultaneously. He was not simply a beautiful man he was tall, robust , ruthless and cold. His robust exuberence touched the youth who saw him as a cult figure when romance flirted with mercenary life. One exceptional movie which I remember was 'The Beguiler' in which Clint lands injured inside a nuns monastry in the world war as he is sniped at.He is taken care by the women of god .But slowly they forget their celebacy as mere presence of the macho man sends their faith for a toss. What follows is a sex orgy where each nun tries to get her fair share! Clints movie were mature transition form newsprint comics to real celluloid action! Thanks for putting this feature and making us live the glory of this hollywood giant.

Sholay was inspired by Magnificent Seven, which in turn was the Hollywood version of Akiro Kurosowa's Japanese classic 'The Seven Samurai'.
I feel Clint Eastwood's best dialogue till date has been "If you wanna shoot, you shoot, Don't Talk !! " .. from Good Bad and the Ugly ..This needs a mention doesn't it ??

Eli Wallach...took the fire away from Clint in GBU....therefore, out of Sergio Leone's triology (Fistful of Dollars, For a Few Dollars More and GBU), the first two are truly Clint's films. In GBU, Clint was awesome, but Eli Wallach was AWESOME!!
Eastwood's movies became big once he started acting in cowboy's role. The good, bad and ugly is really a cult movie. Also the 'million dollar baby' movie should be mentioned, which won many oscars.
