what kinda system is this,,,if u want to opunish someone under law,,,that punishment must set n example to others,,,u sentence him for 1 month ,,,,,what example u r putting up,,,,god forbid ,,such kinda incidents happens in future,,culprit wil come plead guilty for the same kinda punishment,,,,,

exactly,,,,Negligence is what he has been punished for being a director....someone died due to taht negligence,,,
WOW i month, he has learnt a lesson, yes brothers he has learnt a lesson, how to kill other people as well if he wish to, breaking a law, and a law that has been broken taking a life of some one has to be judge in different ways, other wise now all these greedy people will break law and get a month jail, what an example to let others know how to kill some one so easily good man INDIAN LAW ZINDABAAD
