the result in terms of recall by the western audiences will remain the same - abysmal !
Despite the never ending evidence that Indian models/actors are no more significant or conspicuous on western ramps than are those from Congo or Nicaragua, the Indian media continues with it's enterprise of hype about the world of Indian show business !
very very consistent in attempting to hide details on the visuals it carries that may easily give away the fact that Indian models/actresses never are or can be conspicuous or considered glamourous on European/American ramps.
For instance, the photos on the 'glamorous sashaying down the ramps' of Indian models in the west are always carefully edited so that very few of the other models are seen. Despite such attempts, it can be noticed in these very same visuals that barely any of the photographers busily clicking away beside the ramps in the west have their eyes on the Indian model featured ! Almost all of them are too engrossed in capturing more 'regular' models than those from distant and little known India.
And as if to prove that the photographers are right in their choice of subjects, barely any of the onlookers at these shows in the west are seen with their eyes on the Indian model featured with such hype by the Indian media !!!
