Karan Johar has an identity crisis. All around better films are made. Kaminay, 3idiots, Kites, etc. he feels left out. MNK is nothing but mediocre rehash of Dustin Hoffman's acting. After seeing SRK the way he behaved in Film Fare Awards no one will watch this film.
It was the silliest of the lot. Kurbaan was better made and acted as well.SRK hammed thru out the movie,kajol was over the top as always and direction mostly tacky and fawning towards lead actor.Yet that ....ole calls himself a director. And to top it it bombed badly in India all across. why is he touting overseas figures which we cant crosscheck. Big joke. he is... this karan jo..k..e..r
'more thought provoking and deeply psychological film' hahahaha what a joke, Karan's films are the most silliest and only for braindead gay people. If his film was really thought provoking than it should be a rip-off from a hollywood movie for sure!

You could have said KJ films are for brain dead people, and bypassed the gay. All gays are not brain dead, you know. And KJ films are watched by other people also, not just the gays. Apart from being insensitive and politically incorrect, the statement is also ludicrous.

I agree.It was one of the w.o.r.s.t movies. all hyped and no substance. SRK as usual was boringly hamming.he is the worst actor .. all hype.. no substance..no talent except charming smile..
This is totally not true. I work at a location in USA where there are more than 500 Indian consultants working. I haven't met a single person who said he saw MNIK. This is in New Jersey where there are lot of movie theater which show indian movie. Recently lot of them are talking about House full.... but MNIK NO. Although there were lot of ad on TV with that Rahat song playing again and again....

:-) i think i am also in newyork and NJ and every one had seen MNIK and Please check local who follows MNIK .. they all like the film , even i m nt a FAN of SRK ..i still belive its agreat movie and most of the indian staying abroad wil relate this to them selves..
Housefull held up very well on its second Monday compared to its second Friday. The business on Friday was around 2.75 crore nett while on Monday the business was around the 2.10-2.25 crore nett mark. The fall from Friday to Monday was just 20-25%.
The film now has chances of crossing Rs. 70cr nett mark in two weeks. The film will see no releases in its third week which could mean another steady week. The film is performing well all over and especially in some B and C centres of Maharashtra, Gujarat and Madhya Pradesh. After its third weekend, nett collection of this movie should be Rs. 76-80 Cr. Till the date Kites hits theaters, this movie should cross Rs. 85 Cr. We just keep our fingers crossed.

So, Housefull is the first Indian blockbuster of 2010 (India collection). SRK fans, No need to write movie is good or bad. Collection reflects everything..so just chill
