MNIK is a very good movie that portrays the very essence of humanity, I liked the movie so much. The entire crew of MNIK deserves applause for bringing out such a complex subject.SRK portrayed a man suffering from Asperger's syndrome with extraordinary brilliance.Kajol as usual has given a superb performance.
This wonderful film deserves and has already got all the success in the world, regardless of what haters on rediff scream and shout their guts out. Makes no difference to this beautiful film if uncultured people are not able to appreciate it. shame on the SRK haters !

Can you explain what is wonderful about the film???
If you say the protagonist's character, then there have been many such characters in the past.
If you say the screenplay, story was pathetic.
SRK was ok, but I think he can act better.
My feeling is that if Karan had not been in love with SRK and made the film more real, bothering to give characters some characterization(even Kajol lacks any character in the film) Then it would have been a much better film.
Even KANK had better characterizations than MNIK.
If you understand cinema and be a little unbiased, u will understand what I mean.
All said and done the film has got its financials correct, so has made profits, but that aside, and the concept aside. it is an average film to say the least.
Today among Indian actors Hrithik Roshan is the most talented actor. Brilliant acting, great physic, extremely handsome plus larger than life persona...a real superstar! On top of that such a great human being. Many of his movies were hugely hit and have broke the box office records in India and abroad.
Among Indian actors Shah Rukh is the worst actor with his repetitive plastic fake emotions and his big mouth self praises. Luckily Media has kept SRK alive but very soon audience will throw him out. Hrithik Roshan is the only Indian actor who can travel and rule the movie world from Bollywood to Hollywood.
