well perception Vs reality Vs interpretation at play again;
he probably was signing the autograph book and the cameraman probably didnt have the extra second to wait for Nana to look up... and probably any other pics that were captured werent any better
we are only seeing what the photo captured not what happened before/during/after the 'moment'
PS: if there is any person (not necessarily 'celebrity') I would like to meet and chat with Nana would be at the top percentile of my list... dont know how many remember but he was ready to rush to the border during Kargil war for whatever the govt wants him to do or utilise his services for - including holding the gun

Don't get surprised. That could be true.. I heard, people who are bitten by mad dog get afraid to touch water.
Nana very rarely acted in Marathi films. It's Bollywood which gave him Name, Fame, Money. He was the second star in 2001 to demand/command Rs 1 Crore per film. Marathi film actors at that time were charging 4-5 Lacs. Madhuri Dixit was another star which GOT HUGE from Bollywood which could't have been possible in Marathi films.

yeah similarly amitabh got huge amount only in bolywood and not in bhojpuri movies;mithun got everthng frm boly and not bengali movies; same for rani mukherji(nothing frm bangla);dharmendra,rajesh khanna(got nthing frm punjabi movies)
One of the greatest actor Bollywood ever got. Nana just steals the show where ever he acts. After a long long time Rediff has comeup with some true actor in Spotted column
