people who seen classic films of Mohan lal and Kamal hasan know who is the best actor.

you are above all these awards....the kind of impact you have on Indian audience is unmatched....your TV shows Bigboss and KBC are unmatched interms of popularity and acceptability and connected to far larger audience ....even in your 60s you have given atleast one successful film every year in this decade....the decade started with KBC and mohabbatein and ended with Paa and Bigboss....we wish you all the best

As a secular sycophant voter of kangress party i am worried if this award is indeed given to secular people.
I will request Barkha and Rajdeep to press indian govt to use its channels to have SRK receive this award next year to promote secularism in the country.

i am not a critic, but this old man amitabh bachan portrays a role wherein he falls in love with his daughters friend and fantasizes sex with her, is it acceptable? whats great about such a pervert person role? would we accept a such a person in real life and if we dont then why should we accept such a character in reel?

Many actors would shy away from playing such a role.

hey man .. he is an actor and portrays certain characters .. like sometimes builder constructs a house with 5 bedrooms, for some having a family of 2 is useless .. and for some it is a necessasity .. its all about what job one does being a worker/actor/sportsman ... Amitabh is a legend and plays all types of roles which comes across.

Btw, i guess u haven't seen Nishhabdh properly, he never fantacized any physical about the girl.
The pain and the feeling of guilt was so welll protrayed by him, that I am sure no other actor could have done it so well.
