this has already been done , movement within castes according to accomplishment ...its like promotion , demotion it did use to happen....of course some day the powers that be felt threatened and wanted to keep glory only for a chosen few..from then merit vanished only a bastardised version of the original theory remained. for those who will come flaming...go research this and then blast... anyway chill out with this casteist sh*t
frankly i had better quality expectation from vikram bhatt ..after raaz and the spine chilling 1920 ...i thought shaapit would be a perfect triology ..but ....looks like law of averages caught up with vikram...this one is crap
hi, just saw the movie. Def worth a watch if u like the genre. It leaves u really scared at some sequences, and gets u actually into that mood. Although i feel so many songs shud ve been avoided, coz it reaLLY breaks the link and the mood. Otherwise its the best horror flick after Ramu's Bhoot

seriously all the other movies like bhoot, raaz, nayna, phoonk, vastu.shastra, raat, etc are pathetic
I had left watching bollywood movies long back since there is nothing to really watch for in them....and after feeding on a diet of good hollywood films watching 3 hours of dance and drama seems a complete waste of time....but just out of curosity i went to watch this movie and was surprised to find it nice except some untimely songs....there were 5-6 scenes which were really spine chilling and also there was no over acting ...just a simple tale of facts shown in a quite descent way....and i had no qualms in saying that I liked the movie...at least its much better than the overacting dramas by SRK and Akshay and company

It is definitely worth a watch as the 1st half has some genuine spooky scenes and 2nd half is a bit long with masala horror elements with loopholes. Overall if u r horror buff, then it's a must-watch as rarely Bollywood comes up with horror that makes you jump in your seats.
