I'm a Aamir fan as I believe all his movies have something good. But for once I had to agree that Suriya in Tamil did very good acting compared to Aamir in Hindi. I began to realize that many actors when they become "stars" begin to get carried away by their own hype. It is true with Chiranjeevi, Rajanikanth, Nagarjuna, Aamir, Shah Rukh or Salman. Just compare their performance when they are fresh and when they are established -- there is a world of difference. It is same in Classical music, sports etc. In the movie Rocky III, Sylvester was already an established heavy weight champion but he comes across a young challenger and his own caoch then tells him don't fight with him as he'll easily vanquish you because he is hungrier. Somehow it is hard to forget one's star status and act as a fresh novice with all that vibrant energy. I guess it is a human limitation.

Dear PPl Though the debate is endless about who is the last man standing between AK and SRK but some facts are pretty obvious. 1.Whereas Aamir goes into the skin of the character, SRK mostly converts the character into SRK..wether he plays the historic Asoka or the uber cool DON, its the same smile, same characteristic laughter, same movement of eyes and eyebrows and all.
2.Almost every hit of SRK is with an equally successfull heroine (Kajol,Madhuri,Rani) whereas AK has delivered hits opposite Sonali and Gracy as well..and apart from that SRK mostly confines his choice of movies to Yashraj films and for Karan Johar. 3.About a point raised in the discusion abt AK being acerbic in his remarks, just remember that AK has only retaliated.It was SRK who started the war of words by making fun of Aamir in almost every awards function..AK's strong retaliation has only infuriated SRK which made him use words like 'Chichorapandi' against Aamir.

Whatever u have write is baseless
1. SRK NOT ONLY done Don and Asoka. He has done Swades, Chak De, MNIK, DEVDAS and many more. iNFACT srk is experimenting with his characyers from the begginning and adopting the characters with perfection. Out of 26, 14 hits are non Yashraj and KJ. So get ur credentils check first.
2. Out of 17 hits of AaMIR 11 comes out with famous heroines. SRK's recent flicks having new comers like in OSO, CHAK De, RBDJ. So this point is baseless.
3. SRK and Aamir war of words justify and has eqaul blame. Aamir being acerbic in his remarks is for the remarks he has made against Seniors like Javed Akhtar and writer Chetan Bhagat.
4. Aamir dont do hype.. are u joking. He used every toll to hype his movie and do controversy. When RNBDJ was about to release and 26/11 happens SRK STOPS PROMOTING THE MOVIE BUT AAMIR CONTINEUS WITH HIS CHEAP AND SHAMELESS PROMTIONS ACTIVITIES
As far as Chetan Bhagat issue is concerned. He has no right to comment on the excellent writer that "he is hunger for publicity", even though he has not himself read the book, confirmed by hims. This only shows his arrogance and emptyness.

If you had even seen the latest award function for filmfare - SRK cheaply repeating the words my name is khan for fame (under the diguise of fun) and then mentioning saamana (mouthpiece of SS, Fact - i am not a Shivsainik) and also making fun of sachin tendulkar. It truly shows the character of SRK, he only likes to display his so called misery While Amir Shares the podium with James Cameron, Thats the difference

u hv made the best point here..the retaliation by aamir was due to srk mocking aamir in almost all award fuctions possible...thats why aamir ended up writing in his blog that the name of the d.g licking aamir feet is called srk..aamir knew that this statemnet is going to blow up in the media which ultimately did.this was all done by aamir just to get back at srk.now this tag of d.g will remain on srk fr sometime...i even heard that srk is acting as a d.g in his next movie kkha..is it true..if yes aamir was so right

ya ya hrithik is so scared of releasing kites that he keeps pushing forward the release of this movie..he knows there is a very good chance the movie will flop in india..frm the trailers itself we can figure that out.he is a copycat of aamir..does 1 film a year like him..but much better than srk
Aamir Khan is pathetic. He should take retirement now. I think Farhan Akhtar is better then Aamir Khan. His acting is more realistic. Though he has done just 3 films but showed more promise then Aamir.
