With due respect to his father's virtues in politics, one cannot forget the fact that he was a shameless womanizer.
I don't mind people being praised for their good virtues but one has to be honest and also bring out the bad qualities. People have to be aware that good people also have darkness somewhere in their characters.

You seems to have point. As a politician too he sunk the Indian Telephone Industries Ltd by his corrupt practices. The organization wahich was profit making turned bankrupt because of him and Sukhram only.
Its quiet amusing to see how my countrymen are going to any extend to demean a person. To all those hurling accusations at Rahul Mahajan - he is neither my friend nor my foe - I have just one question. If he has done anything wrong the matter is sub-judice. So why pronouce the judgment when you do not have the capacity to say so. Just because you can type a few english words does not mean you use that skill in such a uncivilised manner.

Criminals are indeed given second chance, but after completing their jail sentence. Once you commit a mistake, you cannot escape punishment under the guise of this so called second chance.
Indian culture never accept this kind marraige. Already married man intering into social marraige second time with a bachelor girl which was witnessed by entire country. Nobody raised voice aginst this. Knowing his personal demerits 1700 girls were applicants. It is shocking that our bachelor girls down- grading their dignity in the society.

Remember one thing - most people neither think logically, nor of culture. Secondly, morals and values differ from person to person. There is also another issue that many girls want fame and money - this would be an easy method to get it.
