top quality filmmakers are only from spanish and italian movies every film amkers from bollwood,hollywood and southindian filmmakers copies from spanish movies

Oscars are about American movies primarily. Typically it is just the Best Foreign Film category that gets nominations from outside of USA. So it is like asking - no hollywood films in Filmfare Awards?
But having said that, by and large I agree with your assessment of most Bolly movies. This is also true about most holly movies. They typically are absolute trash. Just that the movies that reach the Oscars are definitely something classy and the ones that eventually get awarded are definitely not the run-of-a-mill kind. So though Avatar made great money, the Academy realized that there is nothing in it, deserving the Best Movie award. This is unlike the Filmfare in which any piece of trash made by Karan Joker (the typo intended) gets awarded and some real gems don't get anywhere close to winning a filmfare.

even if u say politics involved then why iranian film and chinese made film got award in foreign language film can u answer for that bollywood and southindian film copies from some novels or from spanish film

Who said Bollywood movies are shit? If they can compel a whole govt to leave concerns for national security aside n provide cover to (garbage) Hindi films, they should pack some punch, ain't it? Actually, it's the Academywallahs (Oscar Board) who're fools.
