You'll connect more with the movie if you've seen the original Karate Kid. And the fight sequences which the kids do is fantastic. No suprises when i heard that Jackie Chans stunt team choreographed the action scenes.. Where i sawe it the crowd cheered all through out the movie!
Jackie Chan is as always a guaranteed entertainer..luv u.. Time to wake up from bollywood melo dramas to the reality world of global cinema. Across the world our movies are ridiculed.......unrealistic sh!!!!!!!t with pathetic over acting
...........Good Review Elvis but try spilling out the movie name.......ha ha ha well the review is very bland, does not say whether the kid is in a competition or what, story outline. Nothing is there. The only inspiring words were rather true that kids should have never gotten into this kind of movie. Will Smith's son, should not have in the first place. But hey, you are asking the greatest project manager on screen how to launch someone's career. So hush!! please. Review rating 1/5 stars.
It's not surprising that jaden smith slips effortlessly into the role considering his lineage. But what's truly surprising that the movie is actually a pretty decent watch! I had zero expectations because the original was something of a cult film, and remaking/rebooting cult films is akin to shooting yourself in the foot. But surprise surprise, jaden smith, jackie chan and director harold zwart manage to pull it off and does so in style. The breathtaking locales, performances and last but not the least, the martial arts choreography, all are top notch. I for one found myself cheering for the protagonist in the end!! Yayy!! Recommended.

The Plots is the r.e.d.i.f.f review guys are n.u.t.s of the 1st order they have no sense about movies and presume Elvis did understand what the movie was thank god its not reviewed by f.u.c.k.e.r r.aj.a s.e.n
It doesn't speak highly of the kind of message the parents of these (and other) young actors seem to be sending when they permit their wards to appear in films that accept this level of violence in a child's life ???
The parents have already got the kid to work in one of the amazing move Pursuit of happynesss (Will smith) i believe would have much choice with this as long as the kid is interested
