Where is a bold take on Terror???
by deepak on Jan 17, 2011 09:13 PM

why are Indian directors such wusses and never delve into the mind of the Islamic terrorist who gets his inspiration from his religion??? why are all movies so anti establishment that all these directors do is portray fictitious dramas about social injustices that has supposedly turned a terrorist?? none of these so called champions of free speech have the guts to stand up toIslamic bullying.

Mani's movies without Ilayaraja had not made a great impact compared to his movies with Raaja's music. Why did he ditch him??

No firangs and firangi location
by anand on Jun 10, 2010 09:40 PM

Manis films are great. A director should be like Maniratnam. In his film you will not find any firang. His movies has the smell of india, unlike the bullshit ones from bollywood with semi nude extra firangi mems which are a must for a song and locations for shooting abroad. I like this main charecteristic of the director Maniratnam. He is a Genius in all respects. He is a very true Indian director. Love you mani sir.
