Hypocritical tammilians, they will play with sri lankans in their chennai team in IPL, they will let tammilians play international matches against sri lanka, but they want others to boycott Sri Lanka. If Rajni, or Kamal really care abt lankan tamils, they shd go to Lanka and do something for them, but i guess leaving the comfort of their bunglows and going to refugee camps to help Lankan tamils is too much for them. Instead they r busy with their boycott of Sri Lanka to pacify their crazy fans.

Do not mingle sports or entertainment here. There was no reason for you to drag Kamal or Rajini here when the topic is about IIFA awards. First please be specific while discussing. I think this should be IHFA rather than IIFA as the substandard hindi movies will only be recognized as usual. Kamal or Rajini are far above in talent or acting skills than your so called Amitabh or Aamir Khan.
more like indian cleavage festival 2010 this time vidya deserved the award solely.. seems more like kareena's bait for attending iifa.. well.. jacqueline, jacky.. jackass.. no award is credible .just fashion show n get together
Big stars like SRK and Amithab,Aish stayed away from this II(it should be Hindi)FA. These stars knew they have market in South India and they stayed away from IIFA. They don't want their films to be banned in South India (TN,Andhra,Karnataka, Kerala). Rest of the so called stars like Sanjay,Vivek, Salu, Hrithik, anyway don't have market in South India so they don't mind their films getting banned in South India.
RajiniKanth movies make more money in South India(TN,Andhra,Karnataka,Kerala) when compared to SRK movies, in South. Tamil movies are popular in Andhra, Kerala as well. I mean popular in major part of the Southern State and not just in cities like Bangalore, Hyderabad. Tamil Film Industry has got more respect in Southern Film Industry when compared to Bollywood, in South.

Mr.Abhishek idiot, I am not here to write an essay. You can't expect coherent writing in Blogs/discussion forums. First, you got to know the meaning of Blog/discussion forum.
Did you see the title "Tamil Film Industry is powerful..."? The points that I have mentioned will substantiate the title.
Again, Abhishek proved that N_o_r_t_h_i_e_s can't understand simple things. N_o_r_t_h_i_e_s will concentrate only on the appearance and they won't give preference to the content. You know what I am saying. Exactly like Bollywood movies.

I dont understand what class do tamilians see in 60 year old ugly dark fat men lighting cigerretes in a million different way, romancing girls of their grand daughters age, and doing the most laughable fight scenes. And u call all that "acting"?? thats nothign but a bunch of BS..u r right, north indians do care of about apperances, and its not our fault that south actors are bloody ugly and unfit..

Oh is it. That is news to all. Do you know that people from Tamilnadu speak English with a neutral accent. If you have a chance to visit Chennai, you will know that. Have you ever watched Mr.Chidambaram or Mr.Seshan or Mr.Cho Ramaswamy speaking English ? Most of the intelligent people are from Tamil Nadu who are known to speak well in English. So better do not make a joker out of yourself.
