My choice top 5 gangster movies ... in order
by surya das on Jul 31, 2010 07:03 AM  | Hide replies

1. Vaastav ( Strongly believe nobody in Indian cinema, can give justice to play the role of Sanju baba. It was awaesome, and ending scene was mindblowing.)
2. Saatya ( Again, same thing nobody can give justice to the role biku matre akka Manoj Bajpaye had played in Satya.)
3. Company ( Both Ajay and Viviek were best for their roles.)
4. Parinda ( One of the most powerful role played by Nana and Jackie. Great to watch.)
5. Angaare ( Again powerful performance by Nana and Jackie.)

Was great. So gripping and bordering on realism. I was surprised that Bollywood could produce non-masala movies too.

Company was great too - it showcased Mohanlal for Hindi audiences, but I didn't like the climax.

it was not showcased Mohanlal for hindi audiences. Rather u should say it was entry for Mohanlal in bollywood. Coz, in Company nobody cares what roles he had played, rather people remember this movie due to powerful performances from Ajay and Vivek. And, director Verma's direction.

The comment amply reveals your hate-filled and narrow mindset. Get your life sorted out before it is too late.
