Mr AR rahman is a overhyped musician who is eating other artist awards..In the year 2009 Pritam gave 3 hit movie songs ajab ghazab,love aajkal and tum mile.Those songs were famous in india and abroad..but Mr ar rahman was given all awards of 2009 for just one boring song of delhi6 a flop movie.Why so much injustice with Pritam?

Who is this Pritam? Isai Thendral Devas Composition is better than this guy(Pritam) I guess. Did he get a national award.

Syed, Pritam is KNOWN for blatantly copying music from international artists (as all have rightly pointed out. As for Rehman, these days he sure is an electronic musician and he did not truly deserve an Oscar for his Slumdog music. But hey look at his earlier works in Roja, Taal etc. na. He rocked there :=)

he was a electronic musician.. but think about Jodha Akbar, Lagaan etc.. he rarely used any electronic instrument.. electronic instrument is a tool, and when songs of pop, jazz, hip-hop are done, the composers use purely electronic instruments and so does rahman..

hi hello first u understand something u will not get an Oscar for music in Indian film there is only one category for foreign film people are simply jealous about his popularity nowadays
