Perfectionist Aamir Khan resorting to cheap publicity stunts - the man recently announced a tribute to Asheem Chakravarty, the former band member of Indian Ocean who wrote one song for Aamir's upcoming film 'Peepli Live'. Asheem passed away last December, and Aamir was nowhere to be seen; Amir had nothing to do with 'Leaving Home', the documentary on the band either.
This Dude(read Aamir Khan) is no different than his contemporaries when it comes to marketing & publicity of his films.......the adage "any publicity is good publicity" holds so true here...these filmi dudes and dudettes are so cheap when it comes to promoting films....specially in recent times.....all of them from Big B to SRk to Aamir...to everyone.....strange ways of working of this industry......
A perfect example of exploitation......they donot know the worth of their work which runs into crores and therefore agree for a ridiculously low amount from exploiters like Amir.
