If Amitabh Bachchan's movies are being advertised as 'Ab tak
Bachchan' how would his son Abhishek Bachchan's movies be
advertised say 20 years from now- "Ab Tak Dhakkan".
Its a fact this show is so popular because Amitabh Bachchan is the host. Mr. Bachchan is the sole reason for the high TRP (whatever this word means) ratings. How many of us would watch it if say for example Abhishek Bachchan were to host it? This is not to mean any disrespect for junior but its THE fact that Mr. Bachchan is the USP of the show.
Do we care, What has that go to do with any one. You haven't got any work because you have gone past your sell by date. My advice QUIT wile it is going good for you.

I agree Sheetal! he is not a god.There is no god! we creat the god, just control the human beings. All babas in India, they can affect only people like Remo. So does indian movies! A damn good movie, no show! a rubbish movie like Houseful, a big hit. Amazing!

plenty of came and goen like him please advice me just 1 name that has eraned so much fame, respect, represented india, with so much of recognition around the world, and MR what ever your name may be, Countries like, UAE, Egypt, Syria, Saudi, Oman, UK, USA, Australia, and many other only know our country by his name when we name Amitabh they say India, show me 1 man in this world even close to his hights, pls study and make comment on who you are talking about

What are you smoking? I live in the USA, and I can guarantee that most Americans have not heard about him. Dont just post nonsense.
YOu are saying that countries like USA only know India by his (Amitabh's) name (I think you meant his popularity).
That is the ultimate insult to India. Let me tell you honestly, in my experience Americans recall/associate India with 'outsourcing', mother teresa, Gandhi, spicy food, poverty.
I have tried this experiment of asking them about Amitabh, even showing them pictures of our Bollywood stars, they have no clue.
Why exactly do you think Americans should be so fond of Amitabh? Do you really believe Americans watch his movies? Do you watch movies of languages you dont understand from cultures/countries different from yours.
Do you watch Koreanfilms, or cuban films, or japanese films. So why this ignorance/arraogance to imagine that Americans watch Amitabh films and you seem to think they consider him like their hollywood stars or celebrities like Jackson.
We Indians keep boasting and maginifying our actors, our (non) achivement, and our media talks about how we are superpower etc.
And you are sure you were not on some medication when you asked, "show me 1 man in this world even close to his hights"

Sheetal Kuar's paa would have done much better than Big B but unfortunately he never got time out of his busy shiiting job.
Many came and gone but Sheetal's paa have not got chance and now his son too is not able to achieve it for some shiiiting reasons.

Please please retire. Sick of see you all time, what a greedy person. If Amitabh a few good movies then 100 movies and tv programs in a year. Fed of this man now.

hey dhillion, he is seen every where because ppl earn investing in him, if he is earning because ppl who bring him in their products may it be ad;s tv flims shows or even states they earn first just by adding his name to thier project and that shows how impt person you are making such cheap comments about, you dont like him i respect your dection, but dont accuse one man who has bought many ppl from abroad to invest in our countries, if a few ppl like him and SRK, Rajni and many were not there our political system would have not let any indian raise their heads and walk outside

I like Amitabh bachan movies, but he is giving so many craps movies. He should do a few movies then many during a year. He is over using his name. If we dont give chanse to an other person, how will we find an other Amitabh bachan. Talking about cheap comment. If you are cheap then others comments are cheap. Understand!

Cheap is calling someone greedy.. like you did to Mr. Bachchan. And Mam/ Sir whosoever you are, some one can afford to be sellable and in demand at 67 in India.. that is Mr. Big B. You are kind of people who judge a professional by their age and not work. So please ask your parents or others to leave job at 60, rather ask them would they not like making money after 60. Yes they would. Now having said that, they will not be able to, simply cause they are not The Amitabh Bachchan.
