Technology has made the world smaller, but there still exists different cultures. An Indian, a not so privileged Indian, who grows up fighting family expectations and own aspirations, will readily connect with 3idiots. Sadly, not many of them would have read the 350 word long classic 1963 Maurice Sendak story, which a person residing in some other part of the globe might have. The reviewer, as noticed earlier, is too fond of Hollywood, and goes to review a very few hindi movies with similar mindset. Result, most of the hindi movies reviewed by him are trashed, some of which connect with Indian viewers big time. It happens the other way also, as with Slumdog Millionaire, which according to him was a masterpiece, but not a big success at Indian BO. I would request him to kindly keep the Indian culture thing in mind, while reviewing movies, particularly Indian movies.

i saw this movie in UK. i could not stand 20 minutes and came out. its the most boring movie no matter how much graphics or screenplay or cinematography or direction they have put into it. all i know is I got many yawns while tolerating it in those 20 minutes.

A good movie is a good movie. May it be Hindi, Tamil, English or Iranian. And any mature person would connect with it. There are no separate benchmarks to be adopted for movies from different cultures. You seem to be implying that one must dumb down while watching Indian movies?

ppl use this excuse 2 justify the brainlessness in Bollywood...the fact is...till we keep believing it we'll never come out of this rut...
I was hoping it would be some dark, sinister movie like its title. The only thought that comes to mind whenever I read the title is the beautiful song by Metallica - Where the wild things are.
Very Very well written. I am kinda feeling actually transpoted into the movie. The words are so free flowing and impactful....must applaud the wonderful craft of Raja Sen.
how can u give 4 stars to this movie and 1 to veer? now its sure that u r insane... not fit to be a security guard near your own office.... i saw this movie and it is just ok, u can give just 2 stars to this and same for veer.... did u confused while giving ratings to these two movies?
