only dumbs like u've accepted. he sat hunger strike for TN people (cauvery & hogenakal waters). he has not done anything for Karnataka though he born & bought up in blore. he shud be shown brickbats

Hello Super Star Rajnikanth will support TN only . May be if the poor guy Shivaji Rao might have supported Karnataka's cause if he would have been here .Moral of the story: Karnataka created a poor guy but Tamil Nadu made him richer from rags. So karnataka don't have the right to expect loyalty from Rajnikanth but they have every right to expect the same from poor Shivaji Rao but that person has absconded from karnataka for the past 30 years.Please search for him .. We in Karnataka are not brainless fanatics who just follow their stars like sheep. We don't need a star to support our cause nor do we expect it. So, don't make unjustified assumptions.

Unfotunately, people like bring politics and entertainment together. The issues created by politicians make the mess of everyone and asking for every actor to be part of it. Unfotunately, these actors cannot stand one side or the other, as they have their followers everywhere. Only in India we are cheap like this. I dont see such mix of politics and entertainment and films personalities are not brought into politics, unless and until they themselves chosen to be part of politics like Reagan or Arnold.
They have acted together in five films, three in Kannada and Two in Tamil. In Kannada they have acted in Sahodarara Saval, Kiladi Kittu and Galate Samsaara, in Tamil they have acted in Vidudali, and Ragavendra

But Vishnu was such a nice guy that he did not think twice before acting in Vidudalai as a second lead, inspite of the fact that, he was the main lead in all the three Kannada films, and when he acated in Vidudali he was a box office god in Kannada. He just acted for friendship as Rajani himself puts it. A great actor who was not given his due throughout his life. He was not awarded any national awards (though there are many movies which deserved that) He was not given any Padma awards, he was always subjected to opression in all ways.. but this man always said that his fans mattered more than any of these awards and he didnt bother about these awards

Fine, when he left he did not carry any awards with him. Right? What he left is the legacy of memories and lots of good wishes. Accordingly, we dont care for awards. We care for Vishnu and his good manner. And he will be remembered a lot forever. Who cares for awards, if the actor is not worth in his behavious? Whereas we all love Vishnu and at least in my life I cannot never forget his movies.
