Can anyone tell me or get the details about this funny wierd looking guy called Kapil Thakur, who poses with every other celebrity? Sooner it may like ppl frgt SRK and wud name Kapil as a King thakur.. :D

Kapil thakur is one man who can stand beside any actor visiting chandigarh and click a snap without any security issues, you can check rediff's past "get spotted" column wer kapil thakur has posted his pics with celebrities, the fact and shocking thing is that, every single actor visiting chandigarh has one snap with him. I dont know what they find in this wierd looking geeky guy...

Exactly.At least first two pics are doctored for sure.No one will stand so close for the pic and you can also observe a line in the middle of the pic. What sick people.
