dear he deserves BUT not got the award, BUT I AM SURE AND I CAN PROUDLY SAY THAT HE HAD WON MUCH MORE THAN SUCH KIND AWARDS ,,,,,,,,PURE LOVE AND HEARTS OF MILLIONS OF MILLIONS PEOPLES NOT ONLY FROM KARNATAKA,BUT ALSO MAHARSHTRA,GUJRAT,KERLA ..ETC.

Nat. awards are all booked and won by Punters and so called actors who have killed our national birds and poor deer.
What acting skills does Saif have to get any award in his lifetime.

In 1985 Movie "Bhandana" which won many national awards and created waves in Kannada cinema could not fetch national award to Vishnu due to some kind of lobby inside karnataka.
No one can deny that the role of Dr Harish played by Vishnu deserved national award too.
Some people who dint like Vishnu, not only attacked the cutouts of Vishnu but also the spectators who were standing in que to buy tickets for the movie.
Seats of theatres which screened Vishnuvardhan movies were torn apart on regular basis so that theatre owners should not entertain his movies. Supporters of Vishnuvardhan retaliated in similar fashion and later the menance was stopped.
