Apology Needed
by Raj on Feb 12, 2010 08:10 PM  | Hide replies

People are demanding Apology from SRK for Ignoring 26/11 attacks on Mumbai & taking side of the PAKISTAN that is supporting Terrorism in India. Why is SRK running away from a simple apology to Mumbaikars? Take my word SRK will not apologize for this as he is afraid of fatwas on his name...

Mumbai because SRK has easily ignored attacks on the city & killing innocent people. This same SRK spent nights on Mumbai stations as a struggling actor where innocent people got killed. He forgets that as he staying in the Bubble right now..Who in the right mind will consider Pakistan a Good Neighbor? If he apologize to whole India that will be great..Mumbai got hit many from Pakistan in 93-94, 26/11...

srk dude is not going to apologise- otherwise he will lose audience composed of paki origin people in UK/USA.
who cares about feelings of relatives of people who died due to paki-sponsored terrorism- making money is more important!

Ok...I got ur point...But what change his apology will make...By the way what problem his comment has made to India if you keep last few days hue and cry aside...He is one person, made his comments and why cant we simply ignore his opinions if it is not correct....

Hero He is a prominent person of India he just not a person in Mumbai or India..He should watch his words..His comments makes India weak..What will Pakistan interpret? Here is SRK a Celebrity who is indirectly supporting our actions at least not condemning it..This is really shameful...Why cant SRK condemn Pakistan for not convicting all 26/11 culprits?Have you heard his voice anywhere? Does he have guts to do that? Common Get Real..

Yeah, get real...No body even think what was his full sentence and what he said...Everybody is focusing on only one sentence-"They are good neighbours"...By the way in reality do you think any difference his remarks had made to this country rather than a hypothetical shamefulness...In real do you think his comments will create any soft impression on Pakistan in any Indian's mind...I think ignoring his comments would have been a fitting reply in that sense...

People who phoned the Berlinale authorities five minutes after ticketing opened were told they were way too late.

The film’s tickets were auctioned on e-Bay for 1,000 euros (about Rs 60,000) each.

Fans had not slept all night to keep their places in the queue despite the minus temperature in Berlin. Those who arrived at 6 am were in tears.

Jenny Watkinson, assigned the ‘Shah Rukh Khan department’ in the International Relations office of Dieter Kosslick, Berlin film festival director, says, “I’ve never seen anything like it. This year it’s expected to be even bigger than in 2008 (during ‘Om Shanti Om’). The online tickets for ‘My Name is Khan’ were sold out in five seconds.”

The film premieres in Berlin on Friday with a red carpet at the prestigious Berlinale Palast theatre on Potsdamer Platz. Shah Rukh Khan, Kajol and Karan Johar are in Berlin for the premiere.

Only Eletist Watching Movie
by Raj on Feb 12, 2010 07:35 PM  | Hide replies

Only Elite & Mainly ritzy people in Mumbai are watching this movie. If watch channels, you hardly see any ordinary Mumbaikar on these channels. There was Gauri Khan, Dolly Thakore, Some Mininster from Maharashtra. Theaters in Pune, Nashik are not showing this movie at all. SRK is forgettign that he has to return to Mumbai. He has to live in Mumbai. Hope he realizes it..Its easier to Twit for Berlin or wherever..He is still does not understand innocent killing of people in Mumbai but like to stay in his BUBBLE world.

I think I have the right too raise a few points.

When recently, the Pakistani players were not selected for the IPL, it was almost predictable that NDTV, the award-winning, mouthpiece of our Indian liberal media select SRK for views and He certified that "It (Pakistan) is a great neighbour to have. We (India and Pakistan) are great neighbours. They are good neighbours."

Partition of India was what Pakistan wanted and got. It was painful to millions but many more millions in present India have been spared. Since then Pakistan has offered us only hatred. It has imposed on us three major wars, the Kargil insurgency, the Kashmir conflict, the series of serial blasts, the routine violation of border ceasefires, attacks on the Parliament House and the recent Mumbai 26/11attack.

Did he have these in mind when he talked about them being good neighbours?

I accept your feelings...But one question...Do you really think this problem will ever end...Partition was a mistake but it happened...Only option now is to live with it...I don't even think another Indo-Pak war is going to happen...I might get lot of abusing replies for this...But only logic option available is live with the existence of Pakistan...Restrain from spreading hatred against Pakistan...Otherwise even distant hopes of peace will remain a hope....

Why the hell should we be praising Pakistan, when everyone knows that they have acted against us. Anyone who has against us is not a good neighbour. And calling them a good neighbour is wrong. And that exactly is what SS has told Loser Khan.
