SRK from role model to steep downhill
by jaggu on Feb 18, 2010 01:46 PM

1) Inspite of achieving all success as "Rahul " in different movies he has started taking political stands for Talibans- blaming non muslims.
2) Inspite of having loyal audience of Mills and Boons veriety- he is regularly mouthing "Inshallah" in TV shows.
3) Inspite of being RAM in " Main Hu Nan" he shows hindus as villians in Indo Pak war.
4) Shiv sena has 40 years of decent relations with filmstars- But SRK rocked it too hard.
5) SRK should never have praised Pak after 26/11 as a Mumbaikar.
6) Selcting Paki players or praising them was also insensitive.
7) One can bribe somne scribes and get praises - but what if it goes to head ?
8) Result is visible - yesterday a new animation movie "Koochie Koochie Hota hai" featuring a dog in SRK role got announced....

One fails to understand what drives an educated wealthy, successful person to go from a role model to such level of fundamental shift down hill.

People who phoned the Berlinale authorities five minutes after ticketing opened were told they were way too late.

The film’s tickets were auctioned on e-Bay for 1,000 euros (about Rs 60,000) each.

Fans had not slept all night to keep their places in the queue despite the minus temperature in Berlin. Those who arrived at 6 am were in tears.

Jenny Watkinson, assigned the ‘Shah Rukh Khan department’ in the International Relations office of Dieter Kosslick, Berlin film festival director, says, “I’ve never seen anything like it. This year it’s expected to be even bigger than in 2008 (during ‘Om Shanti Om’). The online tickets for ‘My Name is Khan’ were sold out in five seconds.”

The film premieres in Berlin on Friday with a red carpet at the prestigious Berlinale Palast theatre on Potsdamer Platz. Shah Rukh Khan, Kajol and Karan Johar are in Berlin for the premiere.

Mr. Chavan, R.R.Patil & Ajmal Kasab will watch the movie!
by Deepak Raje on Feb 12, 2010 07:22 PM  | Hide replies

SRK is supporting Pakistani cricketers...and showing his love for his religion and does not show any feelings for his own country. Shame on him. He keeps mum on so many burning national issues and uses 'Inshallah" deliberately all the time. During the 26/11 attack he never made any remark against Pakistan but gave some diplomatic comments, and now he is supporting them for the IPL. Shame on Maharashtra government to spend Tax payers huge money on protecting SRK's movie. it seems Mr. Chavan has no other work to do but to please Muslim vote bank & Delhi guys. Mr. Chavan is a worst Cheif minister in Maharashtras history.

SRK is a zero...plastic actor but media won't criticize him because media has a soft corner for all Muslim actors and celebrities. SRK's rude attitude towards his own film colleagues, his loud mouth arrogance on the stage and egoism and his dirty politics is really undigestable. Enough is enough. We should teach SRK a lesson for forgetting Kargil war...for forgetting Mumbai attack and make this zero actor a jobless actor in India. Guys are you ready? We can do it...just let us not go and see his movies. Cheers! We can do it!

The Gr8 Indian tamasha - Gr8 country and pathetic Indians
by Delwyn DSouza on Feb 12, 2010 07:16 PM  | Hide replies

My dear friends, at the risk of sounding too generic by my above subject line, lets agree that the majority of indians dont care a hoot about INDIA as a country, very few patriots sadly. Its all APNA APNA DEKHO attitude. Y do i say that? read on....

SRK always comes out with controversial statements before his every movie release coz he knows his films cant work on their own. Hence his statements.....

Indian media is only bothered about their TRPS (viewership) as that drives their revenues. So the hell with whats right ot not, they need a story every minute to use as BREAKING NEWS! and so they belive to HELL with India or Indians....remember how shamlessly they carried minute by minute coverage of 26/11 even when any common man knows that if terrorists are in Taj then easily anyone with Dish anywhere in world can watch it & inform the terrorists. So damn them too..

The politicians....no xplanation reqd there. They are the GReatest problem. Vote & kick manipulators OUT ALWAYS!

Andf finally us, common Indians, we get angry and then say WE WILL NEVER FORGET and then do exactly that ...FORGET ALL the moronic manipulators above...JAAAGO INDIA JAAGO

What a Shame
by S N on Feb 12, 2010 05:59 PM

We Tax Payers money is being used to giving protection for screening of film!.. India has no better things to do rather than wasting tax payers money for such ideotic things! Imagine the money spent on mobilising the police force and beefing up security!..when so many people leave below poverty line and struggle for their livelyhood, when the infrastructure is so bad all over, so many external security threats.. am sure the money wud have been better utilised!
