How can we say Pakistan is good and it is just some pakistanis which are bad? In life things always get categorized, we either like a place or do not like it. Pakistan is one place for Indians which we do not like as it had lead to exhodus of 50 Lakh Hindus from Kashmir Valley which are living like immigrants in their own country with houses, jobs etc; hundereds of attacks on innocent Indian citizens; unrestricted funding of terror in India etc. Even if there are some good people in Pakistan we have never heard them. So it is fair to claim that pakistan is our enemy No.1 and we cannot love our enemy. We at the best may not hate it. But there is no way we as Indians can love it.
Now talking about SRK he is a strange person. How could he as an Indian give a statement that he loves Pakistan. Pakistan in reciprocation allowed his film to be screened. How could he launch an Indian film in Dubai? Is that only place where an Indian film can be launched. Delhi has much better cultural heritage of Hindus and Muslims.
So I smell some thing which might be very sinister here. Why no one is making films about Kashmir Hindu families and have a title " My name is Kumar and I am a Kashmiri".
Unfortunately none of these have any idealogies that they want to portray. What they have are very fragile human emotions which these films use to mint money.
India is facing many more important problems and we need not spend time on prasing or defaming MNIK

Hey, come on, there's a difference b/w UK-aus and pak. Uk-aus are not state sponsors of terror against India . But Pakistan is a state sponsor of terror with an intent of breaking up India.
Even I felt awful when SRK said "Pak is a good neighbour. They are a gr8 neighbour to have. We should love them".
Good neighbour??? in what way? In sending terrorists and killing our innocent civilians?? or in suppoeting terror organizations with an intent of didmembering India??

It is Govt and Judiciary who is defaming India and encourage disintegration of India.Let India be divided into several parts but administration shd in union.Let us stop despatch of mineral to other states fro Jharkand.Be i line and message to others.
I dont support Shiv Sena in its deeds and its violence is only for the purpose of gaining political mileage in the face of the upcoming election to the Mumbai civic assembly. But it is hard to understand how SRK can equate Pakistan as a good neighbour.
Lets set aside the MNIK release and IPL. Does the actor still think Pakistan is a good neighbour?? Does anyone in the country (or this message board) think that Pakistan is a good neighbour?? People say that "there should be a demarcation between countries in fields of art, sports, culture" but the people who say it have their self interest in saying so, which a common man doesnt understand.
A neighbouring country like pakistan should be reprimanded in all fields and should be reminded that it is not a 'good neighbour'. If we, as a nation continue normal activities with such a terror nation, things will never change. We need to take a stand. We need to send out a clear message that Pakistan's activities will not be tolerated and it needs to done by everyone in all fields.
A statement saying that Pakistan is a good neighbour is slap on the face of Indian soldiers who battle the pakistan-sponsored terrorism. Doesnt SRK realise this?

he will soon realise when one bullet enters his house. If he thinks pak is a good neighbour why does he not going holidaying in POK or pakistan. if he does that and comes back in one piece.....then he has a right to say and needless to say going there without security

he said that probably to get some business from pakistan, which back-fired to him. The thing is, we dont have to agree with what he thinks and says, but what the evil forces like shiv sena or ram sena are doing needs to be checked before they start dictating the terms on every other issue.
