Anyone here thinks pakistan is a good neighbour??
by kashyap ps on Feb 12, 2010 10:36 AM  | Hide replies

I dont support Shiv Sena in its deeds and its violence is only for the purpose of gaining political mileage in the face of the upcoming election to the Mumbai civic assembly. But it is hard to understand how SRK can equate Pakistan as a good neighbour.

Lets set aside the MNIK release and IPL. Does the actor still think Pakistan is a good neighbour?? Does anyone in the country (or this message board) think that Pakistan is a good neighbour?? People say that "there should be a demarcation between countries in fields of art, sports, culture" but the people who say it have their self interest in saying so, which a common man doesnt understand.

A neighbouring country like pakistan should be reprimanded in all fields and should be reminded that it is not a 'good neighbour'. If we, as a nation continue normal activities with such a terror nation, things will never change. We need to take a stand. We need to send out a clear message that Pakistan's activities will not be tolerated and it needs to done by everyone in all fields.

A statement saying that Pakistan is a good neighbour is slap on the face of Indian soldiers who battle the pakistan-sponsored terrorism. Doesnt SRK realise this?

he will soon realise when one bullet enters his house. If he thinks pak is a good neighbour why does he not going holidaying in POK or pakistan. if he does that and comes back in one piece.....then he has a right to say and needless to say going there without security

he said that probably to get some business from pakistan, which back-fired to him. The thing is, we dont have to agree with what he thinks and says, but what the evil forces like shiv sena or ram sena are doing needs to be checked before they start dictating the terms on every other issue.

Sad Politics
by ISHWAR CHANDRA on Feb 12, 2010 10:09 AM

Let SRK stop hiding behind his guards, move around like a common man. This is simple politics of Economics, great neighbour MY FOOT. If the world could shun South Africa for apartheid, these scums can very well be shunned for terrorism. Tell this to any family member of the victims of 26/11, you will be slapped in your face Mr. SRK. Now Our Govt. wants to talk to these terrorists. When will they learn its useless to talk to them when the world knows Pak is the epicenter of international terrorism? I wonder if the men running this govt. have a working brain?

Are we really a Democracy?
by Saahil Sinha on Feb 12, 2010 09:57 AM  | Hide replies

Alright, SRK said something which Shiv Sena thought was unacceptable, On the other hand Shiv Sena too does lots of things which others feel are unfair....Now does anybody go on a violent rampage against those living in Matoshree?....Cant we common men decide what's right or wrong for us?

Let both sides speak what they want, in a constitutional and parliamentary way, but can we let one man (already rejected by mandate) decide what we see, what we eat, what we speak, whom we meet?....How are we any better than Taliban then?

Its not about a damn movie, Its about our rights and freedom....British used 'divide-and-rule' to enslave us for 200 years, Now its the turn of political gunda's...
