Please, can someone tell me why should citizens report if some silly guys disrupt a sillier movie anyway?!!! Aren't there much more serious issues and things going wrong in our society daily than the release of a non consequential movie such as this? Why is the media intent on promoting this movie in some form or the other. I do agree that violence against the hapless theatre owners, and movie goers is absolutely wrong. But who cares if this movie gets released or not. Why is rediff also promoting it so much, as if the lives of all Indians depend on the release and success of this film!!

Sri Lanka’s military massacred as many as 40,000 Tamil civilians in the final onslaught against the Liberation Tigers in 2009, according to a former United Nations official with detailed knowledge of events, press reports said.
The former United Nations’ spokesperson in Sri Lanka, Gordon Weiss, has resigned from the UN after 14 years and returned home to Australia, where he was interviewed by ABC News. “He’s now free to speak openly about the situation in Sri Lanka, for the first time and does so candidly and unflinchingly,” the media agency said.

During the war time, many rediff users wrote in the discussion board that the Srilanks govt is trying to protect the civilians from the Tamil tigers, atleast now realise that the actual fact is the other way around.
