I first of all confirm that I am a born nd brought-up proudly BENGALI and also confirm that the subject of my msg has got nothing to do with it. 'MITHUN CHAKRABORTY'- one time biggest money spinner of BOLLYWOOD in the 1980s even when MR BACHCHAN was going great guns.Let me not make the list of his movies which were super uper hits then but remind that in the midst of such commercially success movies ,he kissed success in the so called parallel or non-commercial films from day 1 and won National Awards and accolades too.This huge success and second to none popularity of MITHUN prompted MANMOHAN DESAI to cast him with G J SARASWATI-but downplaying MITHUN'S role therby paying the price.Lter MUKUL ANAND used MITHUN in a little bit better way in AGNEEPATH but here also cutting roles of MITHUN and faced justified protest.BUT AGNEEPATH was superhit and MITHUN won NATIONAL AWARD,but NO FILMFARE AWARD TILL DATE AS AN ACTOR OF ANY SORT.My reason of writing all these about this one of best bollywood heroes of all times is to ask film lovers,film critics,and film-businessmen that 'CAN'T THERE BE A FILM WHERE EVEN AT THIS AGE MITHUN CAN BE A HERO ;A STORY LIKE 'WEDNESDAY' WHERE NASIR SAHAB WAS ALL IN ALL;NOT UTILISING THE MARKET AND EXCELLENCE OF MITHUN THE WAY IT WAS DONE IN 'LUCKY','VIR','LUCK','CC TO C' AND NOT JUST AS VILLAIN IN 'JALLAD' OR 'CHINGARI'--WILL MITHUN CHAKRABORTY END HIS CAREER AS A TRADITIONAL EXAMPLE OF'BENGALI-HATRED'AS ALWAYS DONE BY BOMBAY FILM

A lot of money was and is pumped from middle east. Previosly, it was match fixing money pumped, then extortion money, smuggling money, even our politician money is there. Bollywood movies are a best medium to convert bad money into good.
Khan movies(baring aamir)have huge market in islamic countries and non-residents of those countries. In pakistan, Indian movies are banned in theatres for a simple reason that black market is vast as compared to the open market. Huge money is earned by the likes of isi and company. The lobby is so strong that C rajan's brother tried to enter the business by preity zinta starrer "chori chori chupke chupke", that was his last as he was blocked by D gang contacts in Indian political circles and Govt machinery.
Of the movies, I watched, I found one good movie " Do dooni Char" starring rishi kapoor and neetu singh and two new kids. It is about a middle class family trying to meet both ends meet. It is a must see movie. Atleast it is honest. And the Rishi -neetu pair is still good and has the magic.

SRK movies are mostly released around Diwali. So your logic is ill found and smells of r55 55 cader.
SRK has been at the top for the past 15 years of Indian industry just because Indian public likes him. Just by abusing him you cannot wish away the fact that INDIA likes him.

Shailesh , you are an evil soul. On one side u r barking that SRk movies are only like by pakis and middle east and on the other u are coming up with stories of 26/11 entertainment. U are shiv senak and there are few other shiv senak employees on rediff who write under 17 different names. One can tell from ip address Do u have any proof of Srk movies like by pakis and him throwing parties to celebrate 26/11???
U r saying he tried to replace AMitabh by Media hype, Is your media also paki?? Srk movies is the biggest crowd puller in India since last 17 years. How many pakis are living in India? Is time magazine USA who named him the biggest star in the world also run by pakis?? His wax statues in 5 countries while amitabs statue in only one country is also a handywork of pakis?? He won the most awards in last 17 years. Do u have any world class award performance for amitabh?? Shame on you and you shiv senak. Thanks God Movie Business can't be affected with bribes, family links, power, religion, caste etc otherwise u people would had swollowed all Muslim actors. Both are the most boring Comedy directors, they themselve believes in poor, absurd and cheap comedy which reflects in thier movies, Farah Khan is good at Coreography, but Sajid Khan is at the bottom of cheapness, should be banned from hosting TV shows.
