All these movies are really crap. None of them worth watching. I'm afraid to say North Indians have very poor taste in movies. Show them some expensive sets, good looking stars and they will watch with mouths wide open. They dont understand good storytelling or acting.

We South Indians are not wheatish coloured, but at the same time, we have brains and not clay in the brain

Mind your words before talking.South india is better than North in all aspects.First spend some time to see people of UP,Bihar,Orissa etc,, Mumbai people only need show off.But in actual they are what we are seeing.

Only south Indians (Vyjayanthi Mala, Hema Malini, Padmini, and Sridevi to name a few) ruled the roost in Bollywood for more than 3to 4 decades. where had your comments (moustache in the faces of south Indian girls)gone that time?

yaar...really i am little confused...y south indian girls have moustaches and beard...yyyyyyyyyyyyy
its truly a victory of real talent over overhyped pr machines like Shahrukh and Hrithik.Their only purpose to entertain audiences outside india.Kites was a hindi film???? we never got to know. But sure pr manupulataors like Shahrukh and hrithik will purchase all the awards.Ajay,Akshay, salman and aamir are the best.u guys rock, public is with u....abhishek please do not bore peole with ur films we do not need u in industry
Re: ajay is superstar of year
by Shri Hegde on Dec 31, 2010 08:58 AM
Just like Akshay was last year. These are 1-2 year stars like Jeetendra, Rishi kapoor or Shtrugan sinha.. real stars have mass appeal even if their moves fail..I think Aamir has that now Amitabh had it and to some extend Mithun, Govinda and Salman have it.
Rediff guys have gone completely BONKERS!!!!.....they have the bal%s to feature Badmaash Company and Atithi ....but no mention of the first HIT of teh year MNIK ...!!!!....just ridiculous.....

mnik was boxoffice disaster.it was a very expensive film and it did not work in india...it was made of 120 crores and recovered 60 crores.Sharukh is not the big star anymore as he is used to be.He is behind ajay,salman,aamir,akshay....

MNIK was hit mainly outside India in Middle East because of its name. In India it was a flop :)
