Why would Katrina make up with Salman! Her plan is accomplished. She has already gained success using Salman. She doesn't need him now. Poor guy! All his so called lovers have shamelessly used him to obtain success in film industry.

Its other way; Salman never showed any of his girl the clear future; He never planned to marry his girl so why should these girl stick to him?
