The best part of spotted is the presence of suspicious characters in the background. Seriously, they give life to the whole spotted concept and to the picture itself.
So what do we have here, in these pictures, lets start
1. No such characters in the first pic, so sad. 2. The guy leering in the bottom picture. (To the left) 3. The guy with folded hands (in the right) Looks like the leering guy punched the guy in the right and gave him some punishment. That's why the guy is standing with folded hands.

Iota babu, will try to answer some questions. 3. Why is it impossible to find a celebrity without goggles? To hide the fact that they are either sozzled or stoned as high as a kite.
2. What is the purpose of Arshad's muffler in this weather? Maybe a metaphor, that he wants to take his own life using a noose rather than be spotted in rediff, which as anyone is no good to a star's career, since only washed up stars end up in spotted of rediff.
